Payment Policy
Permission slips and FULL PAYMENT for all activities are due NO LATER than the Monday of the week before the event - unless a different due date has been designated. This is about 11 or 12 days before most activities. Because we must plan transportation, arrange for food, pay registration fees, etc., we will make exceptions only for good cause ("I forgot" is not a good excuse).
If permission slips and payments are not received by the designated dates, the Scout or adult forfeits all rights to attend the event, even if they previously indicated they would attend. Refunds will not be made to anyone cancelling after the final payment date has passed.
